Our Story

It was 2017. I was leading strategic communications campaigns for global nonprofits and foundations, helping organizations expand their reach and tell their stories.

I adored my work, but was frustrated by the flaws in the system.

Low quality branding and lack of investment in world-changing initiatives
Belabored timelines leading to watered down results
Communication breakdowns and cranky people
Not to mention all the wasted money and resources along the way.

I saw an opportunity to do things differently. And, on a cold morning in the East Village over breakfast, Commit was born.

Commit has a zero waste approach. It starts with us listening deeply, and fully attuning to you and your Big Idea. Then, we get to work. With our sprint model, we work in creative intensives, producing high quality work in accelerated timelines. We closely facilitate the process and bring you in at all the right moments, never wasting your time.

Today, we’re a nimble team, working virtually with clients all over the world, including Zoom, Columbia University, Disney, and more. We’ve launched over 200 Big Ideas, helping passionate leaders make big change in their industries and the world.
