Hallie Easley
Founder & CEO
Hallie co-founded COMMIT in 2018, seeing a need for a different kind of creative offering for entrepreneurs and organizations. She brings imagination, big ideas and a global perspective and offers a way of working that’s truly unique in the industry, boldly launching businesses and initiatives into the world in a day or a week.
Hallie creates order and forward motion for innovators. A decade of strategy and visual storytelling work for the Ford Foundation, the Whole Foods Market foundation, and the Synergos Institute gives Hallie extensive international experience leading projects in Central America, all regions of Africa, the Middle East and North America. She also worked on NBC's Late Night With Jimmy Fallon!

She bridges the gap between creativity and strategy, delivering results that are as visually compelling as they are impactful.

Sebastian Dybowski
Graphic Designer
Sebastian takes a minimalistic and straightforward approach to design. His work’s style focuses on solving design problems in a hyper-efficient timeline. His experience ranges from web / digital branding to packaging, publication, and print media. Sebastian’s recognizable design style takes projects from inception to completion in the most effective way possible, all within the scope and scale of the client’s needs. Sebastian graduated from DePaul University in Chicago with a BFA in graphic design. He is an avid artist and has been sketching and drawing since childhood.

Mathias Black
Storyteller & Content Strategist
Mathias creates memorable and meaningful stories for organizations — and brings them to life through strategic content. After 15+ years in strategic communications and marketing, including as content manager at Ford Foundation and global head of content at ISS Group, he’s adept at developing strategies and content that play to an organization’s strengths. His experience includes brand storytelling, content strategy and management, copywriting, and change management and crisis communications.
In addition to advising organizations on storytelling, creating communications strategy, and developing content, Mathias writes fiction and coaches other authors to help them establish sustainable routines and finish their books. He lives in Copenhagen, Denmark, with his family.

Marnie Messler
Operations Specialist
Marnie is a passionate business operations leader who has built and managed high performing teams in the media, advertising and digital spaces. Her experience cuts across enterprises such as Meta, Publicis Groupe, Showtime Networks and Forbes as well as startups in their nascency through venture backing.
Her portfolios have included top-tier B2B/B2C clients in pharma, retail, technology and non-profit. This includes Pfizer, Nike, American Express, Diageo, Samsung, Estée Lauder, Kroger and AARP.
With an underlying goal to drive tangible results and outcomes, she leads and translates the strategic vision of key areas in a company - business development, revenue growth, organizational design, talent, and process. Marnie’s role is to ensure these frameworks are delivered in the most efficient, collaborative, timely and cost-effective way.

Josh Hartman
UX Strategist & Developer
Josh is a software developer & Webflow Professional Partner who is easy to work with while delivering high-quality results. Often, the software development process can be frightening for those unfamiliar, but Josh ensures that projects are executed in the smoothest & most efficient way possible.
When not working with COMMIT, Josh heads his own development agency, eklipse, where he works with tech start-ups & enterprise firms alike to develop their digital products. Josh earned his Bachelor's of Science degree from Drexel University in 2018.
