Tracy R. Porter is committed to diverse leadership, which only becomes a reality when companies and leaders put their board seats where their mouth is. The Blacks on Corporate Boards Committee houses some of the world’s greatest Black talent across numerous industries, primed for board service. This great talent has always existed, and yet Black board seats have remained at a dizzying low number. Corporations must make different and better decisions, consistently, for any meaningful change to occur.
